L1 Visa India travel

Hi,

My L1-B visa is expiring on October 31st 2009 and have an approved extension petition till October 31 2011. I had recent visit to India due to family emergency. On the way back to US at the port of entry (LAX airport) I got I-94 till October 31, 2011.

Is there any issue in my stay after the current visa expiration date due to recent India travel?

Your visa is only for entering into U.S. The date on your recent I-94 is the one that decides until when you can legally stay/work in U.S.
