  • If L1B with Company A rejected CAn I apply for L1B With New Company Immediately

    Hello Friends,

    1. My L1B got rejected and now I got an offer from the new company. Can I
apply for fresh L1B with new company immediately or do I nee to wait for
    another 1 year.

    2. MY visa got rejected with 221G form mentioning "All Application require following documents" checkbox is marked. Can I reapply again with new set of documents or do I need to wait for another 1 year.

    Thanks & Regards,
    NK

      Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I am bit confused whether you said you can apply is for 1st point or 2nd point. COuld you please let me know what I can do in these 2 cases so that I can take the decision accordingly.

      Thanks & Regards,
      NK

How can the user apply for a L1 again without waiting and working for the new company for 1 year?

You have to work for them for 1 year before they can sponsor
l1 for you. You can try H1 immediately as the quota is still open.
