Hi,
I have applied for H1 through a consultant in 2008 but I got 221(g) after consulate Interview and my consultant is not able to provide those documents to me till now. My I 797 validity is till OCT 2011. Now my present company in India is planning to process a L1 for me.
1. Whether my current I797 will be an issue in this regard?
2. Do I need to cancel my H1 I797 before applying for L1?
