L2 Eligilibity on I94 extn

Hi

I came to US on L1 visa and now I am staying in US on I-94 extension. Don't have valid visa or petition. I got I94 stamped for 3 years at the port of entry.

With the extension of I-94, can I apply for dependent visa for my family? Please let me know

Did you check the L2 document list?

A valid approval notice of the primary applicant is required to apply for L2.
