Hi,
I went for L1B interview on 21st Oct 2009 and VO said visa is approved and signed a petition copy with approval dates. Two days later I received my passport with 221g stating that my passport has been damaged and has to be replaced and dropped through VFS dropbox. I have dropped the new passport on 6th Nov 2009 at VFS dropbox. Normally how long does it take these days to get the passport back with the stamping? Will there be any other issues with the visa issuance due to this? Has anyone faced this before and what was the timelines taken? Will there be any update in the VFS site for tracking the passport? Could someone pls help me out in this regard with details?
