L1 termination / new born

Hi
I was blessed with a baby last month and it looks like my job may be terminated since the project is ending. I have applied for my baby's passport. But the processing time is about 3-4 weeks. After that I have to apply for a PIO card that will take some more time.

What are my options if my job is terminated?

Visa for the baby is quick.
