DS156 form help for spouse on L2,Do you intend to work in the US

Hello,

I will be going to India for my L1 and my wife's L2 stamping after our petitions were

appoved here in US.

Following is my question

1. My wife is working here in US on EAD issued to her as she is on L2 status. So what we

need to mention for question "Do you intend to work in the US?" and current employer

address. I have heard if you answer this as YES for your wife then it might be difficult to

get stamping. Kindly please help in this regard.

She can answer yes. The law allows them to work and whatever you heard is wrong.
