  • Two I94

    Hi,

I came to USA on L1B in the year 2006. I have a I94 with that entry.
Also I had COS from L1 to H1 on 2008 for which I received another I94.
I plan to goto India next month. Do I submit both of my I94s?
    Thanks,
    Shree

Your most recent I94 (H1B) supersedes your L1 I94. You should definitely submit your H1B I94, however I don't see any harm in carrying the other one too. Just submit it to the officer and let him/her know.

do I need to submit my L1 I94 as well as my H1b I94? Can TxH1b or any other senior member answer this?

You should surrender all your I-94's in the airport before you leave the country. Take a copy of them and keep it with you for your future records.
