    Urgent- L1A vs L1B

    Hi,

    Is it possible for me to apply for an L1A/L1B visa while in US on B1 visa?

    Also, I have heard that L1B leads to a quicker green card ( ~3 months)as opposed to L1A- is it correct?

      Do you know the requirements for L1? Read the relevant sections on immihelp to understand the details of what it requires. The GC thing is mixed up in your post.
