Hi,
I completed my Mtech from Prescott University UK. My company is processing for my L1. I want to know whether this university is in the black list. Please help.

Is it a fraudulent university? Is it likely to be considered a fraudulent degree?

No I am not sure. Its an online learning program and I written exams for the allocated subjects. There study center is in Bangalore. How to identify whether it is a fraudulent university? If my company processs for my VISA with this degree whether it will cause any problem.

You should have asked this question on some education forums before enrolling into the course. What makes you think that it is a fraudulent school?
