L1 B Rejected..When i can apply L1 individual.

Hi Team,

Today in my L1 B (Blanket)visa interview they rejected my visa. I need to work in my US branch office. What visa i can apply now and is there any time frame apply L1 (Individual) after this rejection.

Whether is there any way i can reapply L1 B from my US office..

Or Shall if i take B1 visa howlong i can be there in US.. Kindly advice on this.
