Multiple L1B's

Hi, My current L1B Individual visa is expiring Apr 2010, but my project is over and going back to India in Dec 2010.

I have a brand new project starting in Feb 2010 with same client and my base company.
My company wants to process L1B Blanket this Jan 2010.

Is it possible to process L1B Blanket in Jan 2010, considering I still have valid L1B Individual visa valid till Apr 2010?

Wanted to know this before talking to my manager or my companies visa cell.

They need to file a new petition for you. Visa validity does not matter.
