L2 visa extension- Last name misspelt on I-797A & I-539
Hello,
I filed an L1 extension & L2 for my family. My wife's last name is misspelt on I-797A & I-539 (last name's one character missing).
Please advise what to do. My travel to India begins in 10 days.
a) Is there any impact for the visa stamping I plan to do in Jan.
b) How much of delay would be there?
c) In case there is something to do, would it be a problem when I will be in India at that time?
