My wife has an L1A and I have an L2 for a company we opened in Maui last year. We have applied for an extension but must leave the US on business before (likely) we will hear the outcome. The US business has been quite successful (600K revenues).
Should we attempt to return to the US before the extension has been granted (and the original expired) can we return on a visitor’s visa and re-apply again from Maui? We are Canadian Citizens.
