L1 VISA Extension

Hi,

I am in US with a valid L1 B VISA. My existing L1 VISA will expire on MARCH 2010. I have applied for an L1 Extension during Oct 2009. I still haven't got any updates from USCIS.

Is there any way I can track the application status.
