Hi

I am lawful alien residing in USA on work visa L1-A. I am completing 7 years of stay in USA (including recapturing my days outside of USA) by Jan-2010. My last petition was granted during June-2008 for 3 years (valid till May-2011). Based on that petition, I got visa valid till May-2011 and my current I-94 is also valid till May-2011. My question is, as my I-94 is valid beyond 7 years of stay, would it be legal for me to say till expiry of I-94?

L1 - US company vs Local Company

Im employee of a company which is technically a subsidiary of a US Software company, both US and Local same name, but on paper US company does not own 51% of the holding of the local company.

Local company is development center of the US company and expenses are remitted by the US company on monthly basis.

Is there any possibility of providing a proof of owenrship by US company, in some form of a agreement, without making any adjustment in the owenrships?

Any other possible way??
