Impact on Fresh L1 (appling in 2010) while H1 2009 got denial

Hi,

I have below query.

I am working for Employee A. I was in USA till Sep 2008 on A's L1B visa.
While I was in USA, I applied H1B visa in 2008 Quota through Employee B. I received DEINAL for the same in March 2009.
Now My Employee A, wants to apply my L1B visa for future assignment in 2010.

My query is
(1) "Is my past history of H1B denial going to have any negative impact on my fresh L1B visa?"
(2) Do my current employee come to know about by past H1B application during fresh L1B visa process?(I mean do i need to mention any reference anywhere in L1B visa form while applying)

>>> It depends on the reason for the rejection. If it has nothing to do with you, then you are good.

>>> No. The petition is the one that got rejected, not the visa. So you are good.
