L2 Visa Query

My L2 visa and I-94 is expiring in Feb 2010 due to my passport expiry date. My husband visa also expiring in Feb 2010 but his I-94 and Petition (I129) are valid upto March 2011. I am going to india in next month to get my new passport and for visa extension. Can i go for my visa extension interview even though my husband is not coming for his visa extension as his I-94 is valid? Will US consulate accept my visa extension?

You don't need to go for the visa interview with your husband. His I-94 doesn't matter so much for your visa stamping. All that matters for a dependent visa is the primary applicant's valid petition.
