Process in india once L1-B Visa approved from US

Hi,

My L1-B visa has been approved from US and I got 3 copies on Application form sent by my attorney.I want to take my wife along with me .

1) I recently got married so passports for us are not updated. will this create any issue while interview in india .I have marriage certificate by indian court.

2) Do i need to pay VFS fees 131 $ 2 times one for myself and one for my wife. I know they will HDFC bank will be giving two codes where do i need to use 2nd code.

3) After getting code do i need to fill DS-156 form two times ?

4) will there be any interview for my wife also ?

5) Do i need 2 copies for DS 157 form ?

>>> No Issues. Just carry the marriage certificate and few marriage photographs.

>>> Yes.

3) After getting code do i need to fill DS-156 form two times ?
>>> Yes. Create your application first, submit it and then add your dependent to it (You will be asked to fill the application for each of your dependent). Don't create two separate application, then you will end up taking two different appointments.

4) will there be any interview for my wife also ?
>>> Yes. But most of the questions will be directed to you if you take the appointment together.

5) Do i need 2 copies for DS 157 form ?
>>> Sure! why not? Each applicant should carry have atleast one copy of their application forms.
