L1 to H1- BIG MISTAKE WHILE L1 APPROVED

HI,

I am working for COMPANY-A in US for the past 8 months and while filiing petiotion for L1B there was a issue with my previous experience ( instead 1 year experience i've mentioned 2 years with ignorance) but got Approved and travelled to US, now Company B is sponsoring H1B and this time I don't want to show my the fictious experience and want to be loyal? ......is it good idea to revert with original experience while applying for H1B or i should stick to the existing fictious experience ...sorry this is a not fair question to ask here ...but any help or suggesstions from experts will surely help ..Thanks

Go with the correct details. If they figure out that you have given them wrong informtion, your visa will be rejected and it will affect your future applications as well.

Most likely, your L1 approval will have nothing to do with the H1B approval.

Hi , Thanks for your reply! I was just worried if they would find out the details from previous L1B application, because i worked for X comp for 1.5 yrs and Y comp for 1.5 yr and with present comp for 2 yrs in L1 i've removed the in first company as 3 yrs and present as 2yrs ....with a positive hope i'll apply for H1 with correct information.....This is certainly a blendor and i regret for my mistake . Thanks !
