When to apply for the extension if EAD and I94 expires on same date

Hi,

I am here on L2 depedednt visa. On that I have EAD. Both my I94 and EAD and my spouse I94 are valid till Feb end.
My qusetion is:
1) How I can continue working of both of them expires at the same date.
2) Can I work when i have applied for the I-94 extension.
3) Can I apply for the I-94 and EAD extension together.

>>> You should have applied for the extension at least 3-4 months in advance. You cannot work beyond the EAD expiration date (Until you get the EAD renewed).

2) Can I work when i have applied for the I-94 extension.
>>> The point is, you cannot work after your EAD expiration date. You will have to either quit the job or take unpaid leave when your EAD extension is in progress (after your current EAD expiration date.)

3) Can I apply for the I-94 and EAD extension together.
>>> Yes. Would be much easier if you apply the L2 extension with EAD along with your spouse's L1 extension. Your spouse's employer should be able to take care of this.
