L1 Visa Enquiry!

The company intends to sponsor me for L1 visa. But the problem is my parents are US PR and they already filed immigration petition for me.

In case that, USCIS agree to give me the L1 visa. Are there any obstacles for me when i get the visa stamp at US embassy.

That depends on the VO. You need to prove them that your will return back to your home country after completion of your work on L1. You need to answer 'Yes' to question 36 and mark appropriate check boxes against question 37 in the DS 156 form.

37. Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?
