already have a H1 petition approved and i am applying for L1 and i find a in Tab 36 in DS 156 form which says has anybody filed a Immigrant Visa petition on your behalf . But i am confused whether H1 is a Immigrant petition or a Non-Immigrant one ,Can anybody help?
