I got my L1B visa stamped for a company (Company A) in 2007 (The visa is valid till 2010). In the same year I left that company (Company A) and joined a new company (Company B). Now I'm planning to go back to the same company (Company A) in which case will I be able to utilize the visa?
I worked with Company A for about 4 years. In case if I have to go for a new L1 visa, do I need to wait for 1 year in Company A to get it done? Or having worked for about 4 years in Company A will I be eligible for applying L1B visa without waiting for 1 year? Please clarify.
