The issue date of L-1 visa is January 22 and the I-797 validity date is feb 15. Whether I eligible to entry in US immediately or after I-797 validity date?

How long can I stay after the end of my working visa?

On the E, H, L, O, P, Q, and R you may enter the U.S. 10 days before the official start of your work and you may stay 10 days after the official end of your work.

You can enter 10 days before the "Valid From" date on your approval notice. If you enter before that, you will be questioned at the POE.
