I have come to US from India on L1 Visa.
I have visa till 04 Nov 2010 and my I94 expires on the same date.
My wife came to US on L2 on 12 Apr 2009.
Her visa expires on 04 Nov 2010 but during immigration I94 was given till 12 Apr 2010.
I want to apply for extension of I94.
I know that form I539 is needed for extension.
I tried to file online but the system is requesting A# (Alien Registration Number) which we don't have.
When I am confirming the filing without entering A# system says that suggested fields are not filled so application may be delayed or denied.
What should I do?
What are the supporting documents I need to send if I am filing I539 manually?
