Clarification on L2 status

Hi,
I will be going to work in US under L1B. My spouse would accompany me. Is it possible i can get medical insurance for my spouse?.

Why not? Check with your L1 employer, they should be providing an insurance to you that covers your family. You can also take an independent insurance.
