Urgent::L1 Blanket::Finger Prints Problem

One of my friends having a skin problem in his hands,so US consulate did not able to take his Finger Prints and his VISA was rejected.

What all are the other alternatives and procedures if you are not able to give your Finger prints so he can apply again for L1 VISA.

You should talk to the VFS help desk in case you don't hear back from any of the members in the forum. Update us back with your findings which could be helpful for someone with the same issue.
