L-2 Visa Surname problem

Hi,
In my passport surname of my spouse entered as "Ray". This Surname was before she married to me.

But my spouse's passport is issued with my surname "Banerjee".

My question is while applying for L-2 Visa, is it going to give any problem?

No problem. Just carry the marriage certificate at the time of interview.

Thank you for your reply. In my (L1) DS-156 and 157 her name was entered as 'Ray' only. So I believe that is fine, provided If I will carry the mirrage certificate. Right?
