L1 visa put on Administrative process

Hi,

For my current employer, I went to US for 2.5 years in L1. After first term, I applied for extension when I was with Client A. My extension was approved and I had a valid petition.
Then I moved to client B in US. After some days I came to India for visa stamping.
The consulate officer asked which project I'm working for? I said I'm working for Client B. But all the document had the details as Client A.
So she gave the passport back and took all the documents with her. She gave a blue slip and told that my case was put in Administrative Process.
I stayed in India for last 1 year but there was no word from consulate asking for more details.

Now I decided to quit my company and join another company.
I would like to know answers for below details:

1) If my new company initiates a visa, will they ask for past details? Details like previous petition, DS documents etc?
2) There will be a question like were you rejected any visa in the past? What should I select? Yes or No? In my case I believe my visa was not rejected?

>>> You can answer "No" unless your visa is actually rejected by the consulate. Since you no longer work for that company, it is better to take those applications back, so that they don't end up rejected.
