Hi All,

In Jan 2009, my B1 Visa got rejected in Chennai and I was given 214(B).

Now my company wants me to file L1 Visa. I am BE graduate in Computer Science specialization.

Please help me with the following queries
1. Should I go for L1B or L1 Individual? (I could hear a lot of L1B rejections).
2. As my B1 was rejected, what is the impact on L1?
3. Should I go for Chennai or Delhi for Visa interview?
4. What are the question asked for L1 Visa interview?

1. Should I go for L1B or L1 Individual? (I could hear a lot of L1B rejections).
>>> All that matters is the purpose of applying for the visa and documents relevant to that. You can go for either based on your company's policy/requirement.

>>> Rejection of one visa will not have any impact with another unless the reason for rejection was because of you (Like Fraudulent documents)
