L2 EAD-Request for Evidence-Please Help !!

Hello,

We recently applied for an EAD for my wife who is on L2 & received a notice asking for some additional documentary evidence. I'm unable to understand what exactly is needed here. Please help. The request is as follows :

1. Submit documentary evidence that supports you claim of substantial fluctuations in the exchange rate between the currency of your home country & the currency of the united states. Evidence submitted must have its source(s) in one or more recognized authority(ies) on international currency and/or exchange rates.

What all authorities can help me get this information??

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Isnt this tax related?

Thank you for replying..but I do not understand why would they ask for any tax related info for an EAD?
Also, my wife did not have any foreign income..neither she runs a business...

So I'm still not sure what we should send them...
