L-1B-Denied (221G) - Duration for applying L-1 Individual

Hi Mates,

As my L1 Blanket denied last week, My HR suggested going for L-1 Individual.

Can anyone suggest below queries?

1. Is there any cooling period required for applying Individual after the refusal of L-1 Blanket?
2. Does VO expect any additional documents?
3. Any suggestions from seniors to get the visa approved :-)

No cooling period.

2. Does VO expect any additional documents?

Same as what you carried for Blanket petition & I797 for individual petition.

3. Any suggestions from seniors to get the visa approved :-)

Just tell the truth, do not hide information or lie & have confidence. An approved individual petition means you are already half way for an approved Visa.
