Hi,
I am on H1B now and planning to move on to L2 and process for EAD.
1)Do I have to go through attorney to change my status to L2 and get EAD. Or can I do it on my own.
2) In few forums it says process time for L2 and EAD took about 4 months. Can any one share their experiences on time period.
3) can I initiate the L2 and EAD process same time or should I have to wait for L2 approval and then initiate EAD. If both the process can be initiated at same time can I leave country for couple of months and come back. However once I get my L2 approval will go the embassy outside US and get it stamped before I enter.
