1. For booking visa appointment, it is asking for two phone numbers (compulsory). Is it ok if I fill same in both. My DS-160 has only one phone number.
2. Is it ok if my email address in the profile section is different from the email address which is used to login?
3. Any other caveats/gotchas while filling the details here? I think all i need to make sure is that details match my ds-160

While booking appointment I put start-date for my visa as 1 day after the appointment. Now I was able to prepone the appointment by a couple weeks but I couldn't change the start-date this time. Is the start-date hard-and-fast?
