L1 Blanket Visa

Hello,

I applied for L1 B with Blanket visa in December at Chennai Consulate and i was issued with Form 221G with the note "Your Blanket L1 application is not cleary approvable under Section 8 CFR 214 2 I ii D and INA 101 a 15 L". I tried following up with VFS and they are simply of no use. So i want to know whether i can reapply under L1 Blanket again ? If so do i need to pay the VFS Processing fee again and schedule an appointment?

Hi,
My L1B - Blanket visa also rejected under the same rule. When I checked with immegration team of my employer, they told I cannot reapply for the same kind of Visa. Instead I can go for L1B New. But in any case you need to pay the fee again.
