My L1A petition was approved by USCIS last week. I am working as delivery manager for very small service company from India from last 9 years. As of now, my employer doesnt have presence in the US. I am the first employee to be transferred to US. my work is mostly technical and I ll be working for a client through another client of my employer (multi level contract). Will this have any problem during visa stamping interview since USCIS already approved my petition for L1A.
