RFE Rejection and Business Visa

I got an RFE on L1A visa and my I94 is expiring in mid May.
My wife is 24 weeks pregnant so i am opting Premium Processing, in case RFE denied is there any option :

1 . Can i apply business visa, if yes when should i apply, after RFE denial or just befor my I94 is expiring ?

2. Is there anyother way that I can plan such that my wife is able to deliver in USA.

>>> You can apply for B1/B2. You need to do it before your I-94 expiry.
