L1 Port of entry

My L1B is getting expired on June 29,2010. Please someone let me know if I can travel to US in June? Is there any limit that one has to enter US before certain days/months of visa expiry date?

No.
But you still need to apply for extension 3-4 months in advance.
Else you have to leave by June 29th.
