L1 blanket - Petition / Receipt number in DS 160

I am filling DS-160 for blanket L1. In the Travel Information section, it asks for 'Application receipt/petition number'. What should I mention here. Is it the receipt/petition number mentioned on I-797 of L1 blanket approval?

As we are not supposed to submit I129S to USCIS, I think it would not have receipt/petition number.

It would help if someone can clarify.
