Hello,
I hold a L2 EAD which is coming to end on 19th May and I will be applying for extension, with the give worst scenario there could be chance that I will not have EAD for few days / months (as the EAD renewal process takes about 80days).
My new employer wants to hire me as a contractor and he would want me to register a company. So that he can pay to the company instead of hiring me immediately.
My question is ... with the EAD coming to end , can I work and get pay cheque while I don't have EAD / in the process of renewal.
