L2 extension & EAD processing time

Hi,
My wife's L2 & EAD extension applications were submitted on Oct 03, 2018 along with my L1 extension.
My L1 extension got approved on Mar 21st 2019 after an RFE. Does anybody know how much time it takes for L2 & EAD extension after this? Can we call the Texas Visa processing centre to expedite?
Also, we have received a Courtesy approval notice for my wife's L2 extension (not official notice). Can we travel to India for visa stamping using this notice?

She will need your approved L1 petition for stamping. L2 extension approval documentation is not needed for visa stamping - its just to prove your valid stay.
