Change of Petition from L1B to L1A approved. Dropbox eligible?

My L1B visa is valid till Mar 2022

I upgraded my visa to L1A in Feb 2019.

I will be travelling to India soon. So few questions
1) Do I need to get my passport restamped as I upgraded from L1B to L1A, even though i have visa till Mar 2022 on my passport stamped
2) My family dependent L2 expired in Feb 2019. We have filed an extension here. In case they dont get response so can I use drop box facility for them in India to get it restamped for L2 visa extension.

Hi Sidharth,

Can you please provide some information about your change of status as my company have applied for my change of status from L1B to L1A in Sept 2018 but till now the status is showing as "Case Received" now i am nearing 240 days and I want to upgrade to premium but company suggested that if we convert to premium there is 90% chance of getting RFE, Can you please provide below details about your change of status?

1) When did your company file for change of status ?
2) Initially when they filed for change of status, did they apply in premium or regular processing ?
3) if they applied in regular processing initially, later did you convert to premium ? if so after how many days of regular processing did you convert to premium ?

I am interested in these details as well. How long were you in L1B status before you filed for L1A change of status? Have you filed for GC and if so under what category and when?
