I did filled the the I-140 and I-485 concurrently, because my attorney never said that is an option.My I-140 Approved on April 5th, 2019, my L1-A Visa expires on June 29th, 2019. The prediction that I will become current to apply I-485 is May 2019
My attorney is saying that I have to renew my L1-A,, and for sure he wants me to charge for the L1/L2 and EAD for my husband.
I would like to know, if I decide not to renew my L1-A, apply my I-485, it is possible to expedited an EAD since my husband and I can not work, and sure we will have " Severe financial loss to company or person" , the attorney is saying that the EAD based on L1 is faster than I-485, is i true? my previous experience for EAD in L1, was more than 90 days.
I appreciate your comments and opinion based on your experience.
