on the DS160 form for my L2 visa there is a question that asks if I ever have been arrested, caused an offence or violated the law etc.
i was fined and got 6 penalty points in the UK for letting my partner drive a car without valid insurance, would this be classed as an offence or violation and would this affect my L2 visa application?
