I had an L1 visa that expired on March 3rd of this year. At that point, I left the country as soon as the visa had expired.
I have been employed by a company that meets the L1 Visa Petitioner Requirements since March 27th of this year. I am hoping to work in the US again on L1 visa in the future.
If I have been continuously employed in the UK by an employer that meets the Petitioner Requirements for the past 365 days, but I did several authorised brief trips of pleasure to the US during that time period, will I need to add those additional days on the 365 day period?
