L1A visa interview after H1B is approved

My H1B was approved after one year of filing. But, My company processed L1A blanket and i have visa interview in chennai on 11th June. Question, Is there any impact of L1A visa because i have H1B approved? What will Visa interviewer do with both visas?

No impact, one can hold multiple non-immigrant visas at a time.

When you appear for the interview, VO will definitely ask you which petition you would like to use. Ensure you show him the right documents (129 in case of blanket & 797 if you want to use H1).
