On L1A, wants to File H1B

Hi,

I am on L1A and my I-94 is valid tillDec-2010 but i want to file H1B with some other company.

Question, If i dnot want to work with new company, can i continue with my L1B

2. Can i transfer H1B to some other company withouth even working for single day with the comapny using which H1B got approved.

Appreciate your help/pointer.

As long as the H1b is applied as a fresh H1b and not as a COS. Do not submit your I-94 copy to the H1b sponsor to be sure it is not a COS.
