I am planning for my L1A and not really sure if I should go for a blanket or individual petition. I went through most of the posts in the forum and it has helped me to get good understanding of L1 Visas. However, I am in a precarious situation given my profile.
1. Overall Workex: 7 Years (Software Engineer, & B2B Sales)
2. Workex with current company: 1 Year 4 Months
3. Qualification: B.Tech(IT) & PGDM from IIM (4 years workex after my masters)
4. Past Visa Rejections: B1 6 months back - What would be the impact of this?
5. Salary in US: 1xx,000
6. Direct Reportees: Don't have any (my org is trying to out a way around this)
7. Spouse in US (H1B) - Is it going to be a problem?
8. Designation in US: Account Manager
Queries:
1. Would like to know if it makes sense to apply through Blanket or Individual. Please let me know if you need any specific details about my profile.
2. Again within Individual, Should I apply for premium? I see that lot of RFEs are issued under premium processing
3. What are the proofs to be submitted to show that you have the following rights - hiring, firing, appraisal, leave approvals, time-sheet approvals, budget approvals? Do we need to submit the paystubs & degree certificate of direct reports?
4. Submitting proofs for each of the rights will reduce the chances of getting RFE?
