Both me and my wife are getting offers from our own respective companies. I will be eligible for an L1A visa and she will be eligible for L1B visa. I had a few questions on the process.
1) Is it possible to schedule an appointment together where she applies for an L1B and I apply for an L1A through different employers?
2) Are we allowed to apply for both our L1 visa through our company and L2 through spouse's company in parallel?
3) Given the higher conversion ratio for L1B blanket than L1A blanket, what will be the correct order to apply for visa?
a) Wife applying L1B (and me L2) and then I go for my L1A application after 2 weeks.
b) Me applying for L1A and if rejected going for her L1B( and mine L2) after 2 weeks.
c) Both apply independently and if rejected, taking an appointment for L2 later which can take 2-3 months?
d) Both apply for both L1A/L1B and L2 visas in parallel?
